Article 1 (Personal Information)

"Personal information" refers to "personal information" as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and means information relating to a living individual, which can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, phone number, contact details, or other descriptions contained in such information, and information alone that can identify a specific individual, such as facial appearance, fingerprints, voiceprint data, and insurer numbers on health insurance cards (personal identifier information).

Article 2 (Methods of Collecting Personal Information)

TAKUMI NO SHOKUTAKU (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") may ask for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, and driver's license number, etc. when a User registers to use the services. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the following cases shall not be considered as provision to a third party:

• When the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
• When personal information is provided due to a merger or other reasons related to business succession
• When personal information is used jointly with a specific party, and the individual is notified in advance or is in a state where the individual can easily find out the items of personal information to be used jointly, the scope of joint users, the purpose of use by the users, and the name or title of the person responsible for managing the personal information

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

When the Company is requested by the individual to disclose personal information, the Company shall disclose it without delay. However, the Company may not disclose all or part of the information in any of the following cases. And if a decision is made not to disclose, the Company shall notify the individual without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.

If a User finds that the personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the User may request the Company to correct, add to, or delete such personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company.

If the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to such request from the User, the Company shall carry out the Correction, etc. of the relevant personal information without delay.

If the Company carries out the Correction, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, or decides not to carry out the Correction, etc., the Company shall notify the User without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use and Deletion of Personal Information)

If the Company is requested by the individual to suspend the use or delete personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use") on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use, or was obtained by fraudulent means, the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay.

Based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, if the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, the Company shall carry out the Suspension of Use of the relevant personal information without delay.

If the Company carries out the Suspension of Use based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or decides not to carry out the Suspension of Use, the Company shall notify the User without delay.

Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the Suspension of Use would require a large amount of cost or is otherwise difficult to implement, and if alternative measures can be taken to protect the rights and interests of the User, the Company shall take such alternative measures.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

Except as otherwise provided by laws or this Policy, the contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to the Users.

Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the changed Privacy Policy shall become effective when it is posted on this website.

Article 10 (Use of Cookies)
