Shipping

Shipping will be arranged within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
For made-to-order products, we will contact you and proceed with shipping arrangements once the product is ready or our scheduled shipping date is set.
For pre-order only products, we will contact you once the product is ready and arrange shipping.

* Some products may take several years to be delivered.

* Salt production volume may fluctuate depending on season and weather.
Shipping may be delayed during busy seasons or depending on material availability.

Returns and Exchanges

As our products are food items, returns or exchanges are not accepted as a general rule. If there is a defect in the product, please kindly contact customer service (TAKUMI NO SHOKUTAKU: 050-3802-2996 Mon.-Fri.10:00-17:00). Please contact us within one week after the product arrives. We regret that we will be unable to accept requests made after the deadline.

* For cancellations due to customer circumstances, a handling fee of 500 yen (tax included) per item will be charged. We appreciate your understanding.

Order Cancellations and Refusals

As a general rule, cancellations after an order has been placed will not be accepted, unless the product is defective or faulty due to our error.
