Organic Kawane Matcha from Shizuoka Prefecture
The matcha used in this product is 100% organic Kawane matcha from MATCHA HEVEN, which only sells rare tea leaves grown organically without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
Organic tea accounts for about 6% of organic agricultural products, and if we limit it to matcha, it only accounts for 1-2%.
Among them, only about 0.27% of organic Kawane matcha is in circulation, making it extremely rare.
Kawane Town, located in the Oi River basin in Shizuoka Prefecture, is known as a producer of particularly high-quality tea leaves, even within Shizuoka Prefecture, one of Japan's leading tea-producing regions, and is highly regarded nationwide.
The tea leaves that are used to make matcha are grown in the Tenku Tea Garden, a secluded area at the top of a steep mountain amid the magnificent natural beauty of the Southern Alps.
In mountainous areas where there is a large difference in temperature between day and night, mist gently covers the tea leaves, softly absorbing the sunlight and creating a clear aroma and flavor. Also, the short hours of sunlight allow the tea leaves to grow softly, resulting in a balanced, gentle flavor with natural sweetness and mild astringency.
The tea plantations are located at an altitude of 600m, and are not affected by pesticides drifting from other areas, making them truly pesticide-free, making them popular among health-conscious matcha lovers.

ELEGRANT U in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, is a patisserie currently attracting a lot of attention, run by owner pastry chef Tsukada Yuya.
Tsukada has won numerous awards in confectionery competitions both in Japan and abroad, and won the domestic qualifying round for the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, the world's most prestigious pastry competition, in 2018.He served as captain of the Japanese national team at the world championships held in 2021, leading the team to a brilliant runner-up finish and winning a silver medal.

The finest organic matcha grown by the earth and sky
