"Hitomebore" rice, produced in Uda City, Nara Prefecture, is one of the most highly regarded rice varieties in Japan.
The fluffy, glossy rice that comes out of the pot is so delicious you'll fall in love with it at first sight.
With its gentle sweetness and excellent balance of aroma and flavor, it pairs well with a variety of dishes and has a taste that you won't tire of.
Because it has a firm, chewy texture, it doesn't harden easily even when cooled, making it ideal for bento boxes and rice balls.

You can choose between white rice or brown rice.
For white rice, we mill it after you place your order, so you will receive freshly milled rice.

Shipping will begin around mid-September. (This may vary depending on growth and weather conditions.)
