Sicilian rock salt (fine grain)
This is a very fine powdered rock salt mined in Sicily.
The grains are small and dissolve easily, making it easy to sprinkle directly onto food, and it's also easy to adjust the flavor.
It can be used in a wide range of dishes, such as boiling pasta and vegetables, marinating meat dishes, and french fries.
The rock salt used is sourced from a mine in the small town of Racalmuto, Sicily.
It is obtained by mining huge layers of rock salt with heavy machinery in tunnels called "rock salt tunnels."
The rock salt mined here has a high level of sodium chloride purity and has a clean, non-bitter taste.
Sicilian olive oil

This olive oil is made using only carefully selected olives and is carefully crafted over a long period of time, so it is only produced in small quantities, but we have been able to procure it through our own unique channels.
The quality of olive oil is determined by the quality of the olives, the method of extraction, and the storage conditions.
This Sicilian olive oil is made with the utmost care in every aspect.
The raw material is 100% native olives called "Tondaiblair".
Because the oil is extracted without filtering, the fine pulp and skin of the olives are mixed in, allowing you to enjoy the rich, fresh flavor as is.
Harvesting is done entirely by hand, except for the use of wooden ladders to reach high up on the trees. By doing it by hand without using any tools, the fruit can be harvested without causing unnecessary damage or stress to the trees or fruit.
The young olives are picked and sent to a nearby oil mill within eight hours. They are carefully pressed using cutting-edge equipment and strict temperature control to preserve the antioxidant properties of the olives.
