塩「青蜂(小粒)」(100g)

This is completely sun-dried salt, made using only sunlight and sea breeze, without relying on any heat or electricity.
For 365 days a year, the seawater is stirred by hand every few hours to cultivate salt crystals. It takes 3 to 4 months to complete, and because the crystallization is done slowly and carefully, the mineral components in the seawater are not easily lost, and the finished salt has a mellow, flavorful taste that is a concentrated essence of the bounty of the sea.
The crystals of this fine-grained salt are approximately 0.2 mm in size. It features extremely fine crystals, a fluffy texture, and a mild, mellow salty taste.
It blends well with ingredients and enhances the delicate flavors of those ingredients, making it a good match for mild-flavored or soft ingredients.
Freshly cooked rice, egg dishes such as boiled eggs, fried eggs, and omelets, chilled tofu, steamed vegetables, and grilled vegetables.
It's also recommended as an accompaniment to finely textured Japanese sweets such as mizuyokan (water jelly) and koshian (smooth bean paste), as it enhances their sweetness.
